The Decorative Arts Museum of Turin has been inaugurated in 1999 and it houses the collection of the most important piedmontese antique dealer, Pietro Accorsi. In the 27 rooms are exposed more than 3000 marvelous artworks, most of which date back to VIII century. Among them there is the “most beautiful piece of furniture of the world ”: the “doppio corpo” made by cabinet -maker Pietro Piffetti, name-calledthe “wood’s juggler”, in 1738.
